WHAT'S EXPECTED OF SALES SPECIALISTS?
Sales Specialists not only create and maintain excellent relationships with customers, but also get to know the customers needs and and wants when the guests step into the showroom.  It is a Sales Specialists job to do the following:
  • Hold a consultation and LISTEN to what the customer wants/needs. 
  • Walk the lot with the customer and present the inventory.
  • Take a trial excursion with the customer to help them get acclimated with the vehicle.
  • Answer customer's questions about the car buying process.
  • Understanding and processing paperwork of the deal.
  • Follow up with current customers and maintain leads on potential customers.
